Administrative Secretary at Tema

Overview

Myroc Logistics Ltd is urgently seeking the services of an Administrative Secretary.

Work location: Tema community 12 office


What You Will Do

  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Minimum Qualification: HND Secretaryship/office management or relevant courses
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
  • Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with MS Word & Coral draw
  • High level of accuracy
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Extremely organized
  • Discreet when dealing with confidential information
  • Administrative skills
