Accounts Officer

Overview

Applicant must be a female who stays within Accra. Applicant should be able to speak French.


Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • At least BSc. Accounting certificate or any related course.
  • Knowledge in using the Microsoft Office.
  • Must be knowledgeable in accounting principles and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to reconcile accounts.
  • Experience: Not less than three years’ experience in the Accounting field.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be attentive to details
  • Must have strong analytical skills

Role

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks such as preparing of invoices and maintaining financial records.
  • Count and record inventory items
  • Compare physical inventory with records in the inventory management system
  • Reconciling account
  • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and stock levels
  • Conducting audit and preparing reports for management
