What You Will Do

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.

Accounting Operations:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Process and record financial transactions (invoices, payments, journal entries).
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Financial Analysis:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights to support business decision-making.

Taxation:

• Prepare and file tax returns (income tax, VAT, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Auditing and Compliance:

• Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Prepare budgets and forecasts to support business planning.
• Analyze variances between budget and actual performance.

Other Responsibilities:

• Provide financial guidance and training to staff.
• Review and improve accounting processes and procedures.
• Ensure financial data security and confidentiality.
