We are seeking a Female Administrative and Marketing Assistant for a Full-Time position in East Legon.

About the COMPANIES

Wild Tours LTD is a boutique tour agency working in the Ghana tourism industry. We accommodate individuals and groups and build partnerships with other vendors and providers to further benefit Ghana’s tourism space. Master’s Touch Staffing Agency is a recruitment agency working primarily in the hospitality industry.

Master’s Touch Staffing Agency trains and contracts individuals who want to work in the food service industry. We place individuals at jobs and work with employers to secure the right talents for their positions. Currently, our priority is to supply casual workers for events.

We are looking for someone with hospitality and tourism experience to work as the Marketing and Administrative Assistant for both companies; with strong social media and marketing skills.


What You Will Do

  • Seek out new clients through internet research, professional networking and referrals.
  • Liaise with managers to develop presentations for new clients and partnership opportunities.
  • Attend meetings to pitch services to potential clients.
  • Provide weekly reports including financial reports to management.
  • Conduct and coordinate interviews.
  • Utilize social media and in-person interactions to recruit qualified candidates for Masters Touch.
  • Assist with designing packages for Wild Tours under the direction of management.
  • Draft letters, Blogs, presentations, and other relevant documents under the direction of management.
  • Occasional presence on tours is required to capture content for social media.
  • Assist with maintaining company compliance and regulatory measures as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite.
  • Must possess a laptop or a tablet suitable for drafting documents, emailing and sharing content.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms is required.
  • Ability to produce quality content and information on social media is a desired advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email and face-to-face.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Previous history in sales, marketing, or administrative work is highly advantageous.

*Preference for candidates living in the following areas: American House, Bawalasie, Shiashie, Ogbojo, and Madina.
