Overview

You would be in charge of Sales and Marketing within the Kumasi Metropolis and the whole of Ashanti and Brong Ahafo Regions, sourcing contracts for a private security company with branches across the country, following leads and making these leads workable contracts. You would be required to go beyond the jurisdiction if the need arises.

What You Will Do

1. Source for Contracts
2. Identify and follow leads
3. Translate those leads into workable contracts
4. You must be able to deliver and have a positive hit rate.
5. Sustain the Contracts already in operation and bring in extra ones that must be sustained.
6. Respond to Customer Complaints and queries and give positive feedback to sustain client interest
7. Work with the Operations and Admin personnel to deliver quality service to clients.
8. Assist the Admin and Operations team in their service delivery strategies.
9. Be a positive representation of the Company and be an ambassador to the Client and be the Company mouthpiece as well as mediate between the Client and Company interests responsibly.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Be assertive
• Must be presentable physically and possess an endearing personality
• Must be courteous and well-mannered.
• Must be proactive and highly efficient.
• Must have at least HND from a recognized Tertiary institution.
• Must have at least 5 years of working experience in the Service industry but prior Security experience would be an added advantage.
• The ability to ride a motorbike would be an added advantage
