Waiters or Waitresses are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers. They play an important role in customer satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct
any problems.

• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on their preferences

Qualifications / Experience / Skills
The Waiter / Waitress should have these qualifications/experience/skills to occupy this
position:

• 2 years of experience as a waiter or waitress
• Extremely friendly and patient
• Customer-centric
• High school diploma/ degree (food safety training will be considered a plus).

The Location
The Head office is located at School Junction, Agbogba. Applicants should live within Haatso, West Legon, Adenta, Legon, Madina, Abokobi and surrounding areas.
