A reputable company is looking to recruit Human Resource Coordinators in Northern Ghana.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating human resources processes
• Administering employee health and welfare plans
• Acting as a liaison between employees and partners
• Resolving benefits-related problems
• Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
• Administering enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Answering employee requests and questions
• Assisting with new employee hiring processes
• Reconciling benefits statements
• Conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions
• Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
• Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors’ degree minimum
• Minimum 5 years experience as human resource coordinator
• Knowledge of Ghana Labour laws
• Generalist HR experience.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in the use of MS office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS power point)
