Overview

deVere is looking to employ applicant to world-class customer service with the potential to hit his/her target on time.

Role Description:

  • Providing help and advice to client using your organisation’s products or services;
  • Sending latest valuation to existing client who is not on Service Management Fee (SMF)
  • Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, email, and face to face;
  • Investigating and solving clients’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by client via any other the communication model;
  • Handling client complaints or any major incidents, such as issues relating to their plan and/or policy;
  • Organize and schedule appointment for reviews;
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with client by updating core;
  • Managing calendar for Reporting supervisor;
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system i.e., uploading unto the server;
  • Assist in resolving administrative issues that may come up
  • Any other administration duties that you see fit.
