The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to lead on new innovations and projects.

What You Will Do

1. 1. Front-End Development: Collaborate with the development team to create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
   2. Code Implementation: Assist in translating design mockups into functional web pages, ensuring the implementation of design elements and layouts accurately.
   3. Content Management: Support the integration and management of website content, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall user experience.
   4. Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve coding issues, browser compatibility problems, and responsive design challenges to ensure optimal performance across various devices.
   5. Website Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating existing websites, and implementing necessary changes and enhancements.
   6. Collaborative Development: Work closely with the team to contribute to coding discussions, share ideas, and provide input on optimizing user experience.
   7. Learning and Development: Continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends, new web technologies, and coding practices to enhance skills and contribute innovative solutions.
   8. Version Control: Familiarize yourself with version control systems (e.g., Git) to collaborate effectively on coding projects within a team environment.
   9. Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in testing websites for functionality, responsiveness, and performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
   10. Documentation: Contribute to documenting coding processes, best practices, and project updates to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
   11. Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other team members to bring web projects to fruition.
   12. Innovative Input: Share insights and ideas on enhancing user experience, implementing new features, and optimizing web development processes.
