Ledrop Ghana Limited is a leading distributor of premium alcoholic beverages seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Accra.

Job Summary:
Oversight and responsibility to manage our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Manage and supervise warehouse support staff to ensure efficient operations
• Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Analyze and resolve operational problems
• Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods
• Prepare and manage warehouse budgets and reports

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management
• Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software e.g. Quickbooks, etc
