A reputable company in the mobile vendor market seeks qualified candidates to fill the role of Sales Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Break down targets to sales promoters and representatives and guide or assist the team to met the set target and exceed goals.
• Improve sales by tracking daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance  and metrics to identify shortfalls and making a good plan to improve sales market share of the brand.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Organize and coordinate sales in agreed sales, to help retail shops and also to increase brand visibility.
• Work with sales representative to build new customer base (both retail and  distribution) to maximize sales.
• Market visitation to access the performance of team members on the field and correct mistakes to meet company standards.
• Implement strategies to sell mobile device and internet handsets.
• Feedback competitor activities in the market example pricing, promotions, strategies, etc. to management on time in order to build a good strategy to overcome that of the competitor.
• Hold meetings with team members to train, correct, review performance and motivate them to always improve.
• Provide sales reports to management on time.
• Handling feedback and complaints from the market.
• Deal with emergency on the field and report on time.
• Other duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
• Experience Length: Three or more years experience
• Language Skill: Good command over written and spoken English
• Computer Skill: Microsoft office suite
• Other Skills: Good management, Multi task ability and team leadership skills
