Our client is an insights-driven, digital and media content provider, focused on improving the way organizations reach and connect with consumers is looking to employ a Technical Officer to work with.

What You Will Do

1. Managing Kannel SMS gateway system (includes installation and configurations)
2. Managing SDP SMS gateway
3. Establishing VPN connections to clients and operators
4. Developing and managing USSD Applications
5. Developing and managing Payment system
6. Developing and managing Android applications
7. Developing and managing Bulk SMS System
8. Presenting ideas for system improvements
9. Working closely with analysts, designers and staff
10. Producing detailed specifications and programming
11. Testing the product in both controlled tested environment and production servers
12. Preparation of training manuals for users
13. Proficiency in developing, deploying and debugging cloud-based solutions applications using AWS.
14. USSD programming and SMPP
15. Using CD/CI pipeline to automate testing and deployment of applications.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• SMS Kannel Programming
• A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in same field
• Java/Android Programming
• PHP (Laravel Framework)
• Web API Programming
• Shell Script Programming
• Streaming Solutions (AWS Media Services /Wowza Streaming)
• Gitlab CD/CI pipeline with automated testing
