A company in Prampram is seeking to recruit a responsible Supervisor who is fluent in Chinese.

What You’ll do

• Translating Chinese orally to English or Twi
• Managing the workflow of their employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities
• Assessing the work performance of their employees and identifying areas that need improvement
• Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirement and skills

• Must be Fluent in Chinese
• Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role.
• Outstanding organization and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
