SOS Children’s Villages Ghana is a child welfare organisation that provides a stable Family-like (FLC) for children in need.

We also provide social services for families at risk through our Family Strengthening Projects. Currently, we operate in four locations; Tema, Asiakwa, Kumasi, Tamale with the National Office in Accra. Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal candidate should

• Hold a first Degree in English, Linguistics, Social Science or Humanities, Communities & Journalism
• Have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in creative writing in managing donors and sponsors
• Applicants living or residing in and around the job location have an added advantage
• Have proven knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, skill and experience in database management
• Be a motivated self-starter with initiative, flexibility and enthusiam
• Be a proactive communicator, ability to build relationships and provide support
• Possess good organisational and time management skills
• Possess excellent writing skills with a flair for the needs and development of children
• Must be knowledgeable in Child Rights and Child Safe Guarding Practices
