Are you a creative thinker with a sharp eye for trends and a mind for metrics? We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Strategist to lead the charge on building bold, effective digital narratives that grow our brand and connect with real people.

In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms, from ideation to analytics. You will collaborate with our content, design, and digital teams to turn insights into scroll-stopping, share-worthy work that drives engagement and delivers results.

NOTE: HYBRID ROLE (90% REMOTE, 10% ON-SITE)

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies (Facebook, IG, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

• Create campaign frameworks, content calendars, and performance benchmarks

• Track analytics and report on KPIs to guide future decisions

• Lead trend research and turn insights into action

• Work with influencers, creators, and community managers to expand reach

Who You Are:

• A storyteller who understands brand voice and digital culture

• 3+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing

• Fluent in performance metrics, content planning tools, and platform algorithms

• Strong grasp of both creative and analytical sides of social marketing

• Self-starter with agency or in-house experience preferred
