Overview

We are a Ghanaian-based manufacturing Company producing all kinds of adhesive tapes and customized tapes, and brooms. The salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, helping them find items in the store, and ringing up purchases. Also known as a sales representative, a salesperson works in retail stores to assist customers with their purchases.

To be successful as a salesperson you must have excellent communication skills. A good salesperson meets sales objectives while remaining polite and helpful to customers.

Duties/Tasks

• Planning and developing social media campaigns.
• Crafting compelling content or getting it developed.
• Posting content across social media accounts.
• Engaging with customers on different channels.
• Analysing running campaigns.
• Being on top of the latest social media trends.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

• Research, write, proofread
• Edit all media content
• Implement and manage media campaigns
• Deliver public relations 
• Communications plans

Education and Experience, Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in IT and Website other related fields
• Minimum qualification- Diploma or HND
• A minimum of 2years of experience
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible work hours.
• Basic mathematic skills.
• Prior experience in social media adverts
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Motivation to work through busy shifts.

• Working time: 8:00am-12:pm ; 13:00pm-17:00 pm, five days a week
