Overview

We sell Stationery and office supplies. We are located at Kasoa New Market. We are currently looking for a shop attendant who is friendly, organized and reliable to join us and keep our store running smoothly

What You Will Do

1. Process transactions accurately, handle cash and give the correct change
2. Restock shelves, check product levels, and report low stock
3. Promote products, suggest items and help customers make purchases
4. Regularly clean shelves, products and public areas to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
5.  Perform daily cash reconciliation at the end of shifts
6.  Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Capable of keeping the store neat, stocked and well-organized.
• Ability to handle transactions and make change accurately
• Ability to handle customer complaints or concerns calmly and professionally
• Careful with handling products, cash and transactions
