As a Senior City Representative, you will assume a critical position in the expansion of the company’s activities and the elevation of its profile within your cities. Your responsibilities will encompass serving as an interface between various supply channels, internal stakeholders, and other business partners. Given the intricate market dynamics in Ghana, this role is particularly challenging and rewarding. Ghana offers excellent opportunities, but the market poses complex challenges that require a nuanced and sophisticated approach.

What you will do

• Fleet program management: Overseeing the entire fleet operations of our largest fleet partner, ensuring that the fleet is optimized for efficiency, and maintaining performance standards across all vehicles.
• Overall fleet management & perf tracking: Monitoring the health and productivity of the fleet by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), such as vehicle utilization & driver performance. Regular reporting and analysis will be conducted to identify areas of improvement and ensure that the fleet operates at peak efficiency.
• Fleet campaigns management: Developing and executing targeted fleet campaigns aimed at improving driver engagement, optimizing vehicle usage, and addressing specific operational goals. These campaigns may include driver incentive programs, fuel-saving initiatives, and vehicle maintenance drives

What you’ll need:

• 3-4 years experience in operations/analytics/sales
• Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment
• Relevant experience in logistics, software &/or car services is a plus
• Go-get attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
