Overview

A newly established company is urgently looking to hire a Secretary & Receptionist.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the reception area of the organisation.

Main duties include:

  • The Secretary/Receptionist is responsible for recruitment and staff assessment.
  • Receiving and responding to phone calls enquiries

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • SHS graduate
  • Must speak English very well
  • Must have good computer skills.
  • Must be confident, a good listener and good communication skills.
  • He/she must be an attentive listener and have good communication skills.
  • He/She must be able to multitask.
