A reputable company is looking for a company secretary to provide secretarial service for its business. An Office Secretary maintains the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. They handle office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, organize files, answer phones and perform a huge array of other essential tasks

Job Functions/ Responsibilities

• Typing, preparing and collating reports.
• To prepare agendas, notices, proxies and other supporting documents for General Meetings, including
  liaison with relevant legal advisors.
• Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
• Liaise with external Registrars in respect of the collation of proxies for relevant client entities.
• Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
• Provide other related support services as and when required.
• answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
• maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
• typing, preparing and collating reports.
• filing.
• organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• managing databases.
• prioritizing workloads.

Requirement Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Good experience of writing concise and accurate minutes.
• The ability to keep clear and concise records and to add value to the Company Secretarial role..
• At least 2 years experience working in a Company Secretarial role.
• Must be between 21 to 25 years.
• HND/Diploma in Secretaryship
