What You Will Do

Job Description: As a School Application Officer, you will be responsible for applying to schools in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia on behalf of our clients who wish to study in these countries. Your main duties will include:

1. Compiling list of applicants who want to study abroad.
2. Completing and submitting application forms, essays, and any required documentation to the chosen schools.
3. Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and ensure all application materials are accurate and complete.
4. Following up with schools to track the status of applications and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Providing support and guidance to clients throughout the application process.
6. Communicate any challenges that may arise from application process to management.
7. Onboard and assist register students who want to study abroad on our website.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Bachelor’s degree, HND or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the education systems and application processes in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
• Must Own a Laptop
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must have a laptop and Access to the Internet
• Familiarity and ability to use MS Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, and CRM
• Ability to work Fully REMOTE

What we can offer you

Payment Terms: School Application Officers will be compensated based on the number of application tasks they successfully execute. Our payment structure is as follows:

• Base Payment: Each completed application task will earn you a base payment, which varies depending on the complexity of the application.
• Performance Bonus: In addition to the base payment, you may be eligible for a performance bonus based on the quality and efficiency of your work.
• Commission: You will also have the opportunity to earn a commission for achieving application numbers target and commitment to duties.
