You will lead a team of highly dedicated teachers and support staff in providing the best educational experience for our students. supervise teachers and education staff and keep track of student performance. They ensure that school facilities remain safe for students and faculty and plan regular maintenance of school grounds and equipment.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day school operations
• Manage school logistics and budgets
• Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curricula
• Monitor and report on teacher performance
• Review and implement school policies
• Interview and hire school personnel
• Provide guidance and counseling to teachers
• Handle emergencies and school crises
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for students
• Build relationships with parents to position the school favorably

Requirement / Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education field
• Previous experience as a principal or leadership role in a school
• Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations
• General computer literacy, including use of MS Office
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Crisis management
• Ability to coach and inspire
