Job Description

• Receive purchasing information from customers and provide customers with suggestions and quotations for equipment, supplies and spare parts.
• Draft sales contracts, track sales contracts and place orders. Contact customers to collect payments and issue invoices.
• Monitor progress, notify orders, track delivery schedules.
• Support in solving problems that arise during the sales process
• Receive customer feedback. Connect customer information through the technical team responsible for the project, resolve issues as they arise, and report results as required.
• Technical coordination, monitoring work progress and reporting results when required.
• Contact the vehicle for delivery and arrange technical installation and operation.
• Receive and reply to customer emails reflecting products and technologies…
• Monitor domestic customers’ accounts receivable, issue and send VAT invoices.
• Other tasks performed as required

Work Requirements

• Proficient in operating office computers
• Communication, management and work organization skills.
• Relationship management skills and willingness to accept feedback.
• University or college graduate, majoring in economics, business administration, marketing or related majors.
