Overview

Our client specializes in Plaster, Drywall (Gypsum Board), and Construction Chemicals.

They are seeking a long-term team member who can help them establish and expand their market presence across Ghana and Western Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, distributors, and partners.
• Promote and represent our products effectively to targeted markets.
• Develop and execute strategies to enter and grow in new markets, especially across Ghana and other Western African countries.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.

Requirements

Experience:

• Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development in the construction materials industry (preferred) or similar sectors.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics in Ghana and Western Africa.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Fluent in French (written and spoken).

Character Traits:

• Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.

Other:

• Availability for travel within Ghana and Western Africa as required.
