To sell out Tecno products to consumers in the retail outlets

What You Will Do

1. To promote, explain and provide detailed information on Tecno products in order to persuade consumers to purchase the products in a friendly, approachable manner.
2. Maintain an expert understanding of Tecno products.
3. Work in a collaborative manner alongside store staff.
4. Create a positive image for customers in order to maintain customer and Tecno brand relationships.
5. Respond to customer needs and requirements.
6. Deliver customer service in a courteous manner.
7. To meet or exceed set targets and goals.
8. Create brand awareness in the retail shops.
9. Maintain Tecno standard display of POSM materials and display phones in the retail outlets.
10. Maintain good sanitation in and around the retail shops in order to promote sales.
11. Capture and report all relevant data on daily basis.
12. Feedback consumer suggestions and ideas to management.
13. Send daily sales reports and communicate stock level from the retail shops.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• HND/Diploma in Sales/Marketing
• Previous retail or sales background
• Very good command over both written and spoken English
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills, personable, engaging and energetic
