Reporting Line: Head of Marketing and Sales

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Sales executive, markets the company’s Air Condition equipment and Air Condition maintenance services to individual and Corporate bodies. He/she is also tasked with increasing our brand visibility, growing of Revenue base and Market share.

Responsibilities:

1. Market and sell AC Servicing and Maintenance services to corporate entities.
2. Market and Sell AC equipment to prospective clients.
3. Up sell other company services to existing clients.
4. Growing existing servicing portfolio.
5. Maintaining a clean pipeline always in the company’s CRM.
6. Grow exiting pipeline.
7. Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
8. Participating in product launches, tradeshows to generate closable opportunities.
9. Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales support.
10. Giving feedback on sales trends.
11. Report on daily sales activities to the head of department and update CRM accordingly.

Educational Qualification: HND in Marketing

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience as a Marketing and sales person.
• Driving experience and a Valid License is required.
• Knowledge in the Air Condition Industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range: GHC 1000 – 1300 plus commissions
