A freight forwarding company in Accra is seeking to employ a Commercial Manager to work with.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Quoting client for shipments when requested are sent
• Sales – new clients
• Customer service and maintaining relationships – existing clients
• Ensuring targets for office are met and exceeded
• Managing all aspects of Ghana sales
• Cold Calling
•  Handling customer queries
• Meetings with clients

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum: BSc in Marketing or related field

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry
• Worked with Dangerous Goods before
• Must have a good understanding of all modes of transport air, sea and road as well as the
  local rules and regulations.
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years sales/business development experience in the freight
  forwarding/logistics industry.
• Management experience
• Good understand of the local market
•  Dealt with on a global basis before

• Country Manager for Ghana and Commercial Director SSA

REMUNERATION (PACKAGE)

• Negotiable depending on experience and value added to organization
