A reputable pharmaceutical company is searching for young, confident, outgoing, persistent and self-motivated Sales Executive to join their team of professionals to deliver quality healthcare services.

What You Will Do

1. The Sales Executive will increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products.
2. Write reports and other documents
3. Organize appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff
4. Other Duties as assigned by supervisor to build an efficient and effective work environment.
5. Demonstrate or present products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists
6. Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals pertaining to company products
7. Undertake relevant research on company products and competitors
8. Negotiate contracts
9. Identify and establish new business
10. Other Duties as assigned by supervisor to build an efficient and effective work environment.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• HND in Marketing, Business Management or any relevant field.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with good interpersonal relations.
• Ability to keep records and write simple and basic reports of activities.
• Ability to work long hours with minimum supervision.
• Ability to supervise other people.
• Experience in sales will be an advantage.
• Language; Fluency in English (mandatory) and any other Ghanaian language(s).
