Overview

Responsible for Selling through from Tecno Main distributer to Sub dealers and Retail shops.

What You Will Do

• To acquire new customers by reaching out to leads.
• To serve existing customers by optimizing current purchase plan.
• To maintain an expert understanding of Tecno products.
• To resolve customer complaints and queries.
• Submit purchase orders and follow -up on supplies
• Make good recommendations for customers
• To complete market research and monitor competitor activity.
• To maintain documentation on customer contact and purchase updates.
• Work to achieve set targets and goals of the department
• Feedback competitor activities in the market.
• To provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by assisting the area supervisor to manage sales, promoters etc.
• Other duties assigned

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• HND/Degree in Marketing
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Very good command over both written and spoken English
• Fair knowledge in Microsoft office suite
• Customer service, persuasion, negotiation, territory management and closing skills
