What You Will Do

1. Engage in sales to increase customer base and achieve targets
2. Follow company sales and marketing strategies.
3. Work with other sales team members to achieve objectives
4. Engage in setting up distributors and retailers
5. Offer world-class service standards to clients Timely and accurate reporting to superiors Engage 90% field sales activities and 10% office.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from peon to close
• Experience in painting and paint accessories
• Experience in driving Sales and marketing management skills and techniques in good customer service
• Must be sales-driven, result driven and target-driven attitude
• Excellent communication skills
