Sales Agent – Electronic Medical Records System

NubiaEMR is a unique Electronic Medical Records Software suitable for medical practitioners across all specialties. It is designed to assist practitioners document diagnosis, plan treatments and manage their establishments with ease.

The Sales Agent will be responsible for selling NubiaEMR to clients in Accra and ensure the Software significantly improves their operations. The Agent must understand the need for EMR/EHR Systems in Healthcare and make our system the Go – To EMR in Accra.

Responsibilities

• Sell the NubiaEMR to Healthcare clients like hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies etc. by visiting their practices and understanding their needs
• Cold calling potential clients and following up with sales visits
• Winning and retaining clients through efficient sales and after-sales service

• Coordinate with product manager and technical team to ensure all functional requests of the clients are met in a timely manner.

Skills

• Good communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) in the English language
• Good knowledge of Email and collaborative work tools and ability to hold convincing phone conversations.

Qualification and experience

• Secondary or HND certificate education
• Entrepreneurial, sales oriented and motivated to meet targets under little to no supervision
