What You Will Do

• Attend to both online and walk-in customers.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and comments on all social media platforms.
• Create content and manage daily posts across social media platforms.
• Maintain knowledge of company services to provide helpful suggestions and recommendations to customers.
• Ability to manage stock inventory of company products.

• Must be computer literate
• Minimum of OND
• Great communication skill
