A fast-growing fast food franchise in Accra is looking for Restaurant Managers.

The Restaurant Branch Manager is responsible for leading, managing & overseeing restaurant operations.

What You Will Do

• Open & close restaurant
• Stock management
• Ensure all staff are following all company guidelines in regards to production, behavior, hygiene and appearance
• Dispatch food via couriers to customers
• Ensure all food produced is in line with company guidelines
• Ensure cleanliness of premises
• Handle customer complaints
• Settle any staff disputes
• Any other responsibilities within reason

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager (preferably for a fast food franchise) or similar role
• Computer literacy
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Good financial management skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
