Receptionist Needed!


We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail. Receptionists handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and making travel plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.

What You Will Do

  •  Attending to walk in customers
  • Attending to the official WhatsApp , Facebook, and Instagram messages and comments
  • Record keeping and updating of the customer care sheet, customer visitation sheet, vehicle booking sheet and staff attendance sheet.
  • Answering / Attending to customers via the company’s official line
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling appointments.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Should possess in any course
  • Should  posses 1-2 years work experience as receptionist
  • Should possess knowledge in Real estate and project management
  • Must possess good knowledge of Google drive, Google sheet and work space
  • Must possess good communication skills and listening skills
  • Must be fluent in English and Twi
  • Must have the ability to work in a goal oriented environment.
  • Must possess the following qualities : Empathy, patience, flexibility, friendly attitude, strong time management, problem solving skill, multi tasking.
