Overview

A Reputable Civil Engineering consulting firm requires the services of a Quantity Surveyor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare Bill of Quantities and Material Schedules.
2. Prepare proposals and contract documents and should be able to interpret/implement drawings and specifications.
3. Prepare project budget and inventory needs.
4. Prepare and review payment certificates and project cost claims.
5. Must administer the conditions of the contract on projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Having work experience will be an added advantage.
