Overview

A reputable phone repair service cente in Accra is looking for a Quality Control Officer who will be in charge of monitoring the quality aspect of all incoming and outgoing phones, smart devices and othe home appliances.

What You Will Do

1. Check all devices after repair.
2. Make full tests for all functions of smart devices and other home appliances at the receiving checkpoint.
3. Check all devices for their quality standards before leaving the repair or service centre.
4. Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines
5. Providing training to the quality control team
6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
7. Stay updated on the latest mobile device models, technologies, and repair techniques

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• High school diploma or equivalent, additional technical training or certification is a plus
• Proficiency in mobile device diagnostics, repair, and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and precision in handling delicate components
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet repair deadlines
• Knowledge of mobile device hardware, operating systems, and software
