Phone Attendant

Overview

Phone Attendant is generally responsible for handling large amount of customer calls and orders. Their main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.


What You Will Do

  • Take orders in a timely, accurate and polite manner
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information based on the restaurant’s product and services
  • Research every issue and provide solutions to customers
  • Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Follow our customer engagement strategy according to the company’s communication “scripts”
  • Any other responsibilities that may be necessary, within reason

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • The Phone Attendant should have these qualifications/experience/skills to occupy this position:
    • Previous experience in a customer support role
    • Strong phone and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent listener and extremely friendly
    • Adaptable to different personality types
    • Good computer skills
    • Customer focus
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Set priorities
    • Excellent time management skills
    • High school degree (Minimum)
