Personal Assistant in Accra

Overview

Our client is into interior design and architecture practice with a retail shop providing a wide array of products for your interior needs and is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to work with.

NB: APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO START WORK IMMEDIATELY


What You Will Do

  1. Act as the point of contact between the manager and clients
  2. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  3. Handle requests and queries appropriately
  4. Answer questions in relation to products
  5. Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  6. Devise and maintain office filing system
  7. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  8. Make travel arrangements

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Minimum of a Diploma from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience
  • Applicants must be living in and around office location (Ridge/Airport)
  • Must be friendly and have a pleasant personality
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
