Manemagic, a luxury haircare brand, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with strong experience in social media marketing to support our leadership team. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly manage administrative tasks while also enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms.

Position: Personal Assistant with Social Media Marketing Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling daily administrative tasks.
• Assist in planning and coordinating brand-related projects, launches, and events.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, analytics, and engagement to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.
• Handle customer inquiries and engagement on social media with a professional and brand-aligned voice.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Assist with content creation, including writing captions, editing videos, and designing graphics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
• Strong background in social media marketing with a portfolio of past campaigns or accounts managed.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, or similar).
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, aligning with Manemagic’s luxury branding.
• Familiarity with beauty, haircare, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
