Operations Officer – Facilities Management at A Reputable Company

Job Description

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and general maintenance of managed facilities. The operations and maintenance activities include but are not limited to the following;
  • Maintenance of buildings, common area and grounds
  • Cleaning – Ensure general upkeep and maintenance of the premises
  • Keep track of facility issues including repair/maintenance works
  • Supervise all maintenance works and artisans
  • Daily reporting and communication of all issues to supervisors
  • Utilities and communications infrastructure
  • Identify issues and execute appropriate and timely solutions
  • Record and track relevant information with regards to the management of the facilities
  • Security supervision
  • Respond promptly and swiftly to issues

Required Skills or Experience

  • Technical knowledge of building services
  • Communication proficiency in English (oral and Written)
  • Good computer skills knowledge
  • Customer and client management skills
  • Skilled in building management systems, maintenance and monitoring
