Job Purpose:

• Maintain control over the entire Supply chain from the warehouse until the arrival to the customer, create the best conditions to supply chain and distribution, maintain clear control over inventories, control of SLA signed with the After Sales Services provider, create opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Coordinate the necessary reprocessing for product adaptation and also for the recovery of field materials for material reuse
• Assure the Final disposal of scrap products and support the delivery and management of claims for recovery of money by suppliers when needs.

• Training / workshop in supply chain management

Actions Required:

• Periodic monitoring inventory, document and ask for authorization to adjust the differences found
• Review and work with the Services provide to get the number of the after Sales tickets
• Doing action plan to achieve the area KPIs
• Define and Coordinate audit to service supplier, inventory, Quality, Infrastructure, tools, etc.

Expected Results

• Weekly reports with the movements (in/out) and stock situation, Maintain accuracy levels above 98%
• Weekly reports and problem solving.
• Develop improvements in the process to achieve the budget in cost
• Assure process to do quick effective and Reliable the repairs.
