Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing day to day Operations of the organization.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the work  of operational staff to meet objective.
  3. Assist in budget planning and cost control measures.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  5. Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance.
  6. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
