Job Description

• Ensure the operation and business activities of the center.
• Coordinate the implementation of part-time employee training.
• Coordinate the arrangement and coordination of work schedules and working hours of part-time employees to maximize work efficiency within allowable costs.
• Understand all products available in the center to be able to train staff and directly advise customers.
• Understand and grasp how to use and operate the sales system (will be guided and trained).
• Carry out inspection and quality control of facilities and goods to ensure the operation of the center.
• Handle customer-related issues within authorized authority.
• Make reports and send them to management levels: Daily Sale Report, Weekly Maintenance, Monthly Event, …
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

Job Requirements

• Male preferred
• Age: 28-50 years old
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, hard-working, passionate about sports and exercise
• Can work morning or afternoon shifts. Working hours are as arranged by management
• Basic office computer skills
• Bright, honest, careful appearance
• Experience in managing a small team is an advantage
