Overview

A reputable company is urgently looking for the services of an Office Assistant / Secretary.

Note: Must live in and around the job location.

What You’ll do:

  • Attending to customers and answering phone calls
  • Running errands for the Office
  • Keeping records
  • Taking and delivering messages.
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Should be social media savvy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to meet goals and deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
  • Ability to use all general office equipment, including a computer.
