Office Assistant / Front Desk Executive at A Reputable Company

A reputable HVAC company in Tema seeks to employment a Front Desk Executive on a full-time basis.

Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of invoices and do follow-up invoices sent out. e.Develop and maintain a filing system, write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, invoices and answer and direct phone calls
  • Providing office support including customer and employee support
  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity and keeping computer databases up to date

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of Diploma in Business Studies
  • An in depth knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
  • Excellent in written and spoken English
