What You Will Do

  1. Provide organizational and clerical assistance
  2. Support back-office functions including data entry, validation, and phone support
  3. Provide assistance with scheduling, planning, and correspondence needs; perform other general office duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn and use various systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and balance work assignments to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written

Education and Experience:

  • The minimum requirement for this position is a High School Certificate, Diploma or equivalent; proficiency with MS Office is required and at least 6 months years of relevant work experience is preferred.
