NMJ GHANA is a 360 Agency and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Graphics and Web Designer to join our team.
This position is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career in the creative industry and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. As part of the Creative Department, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Creative
Manager to create and execute top-notch designs for the company and its clients.

What You Will Do

• Create designs that identify a product or convey a message
• Motion Graphic designing
• Develop concepts, graphics for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
• Use appropriate software to design graphics and motion graphics
• Testing and improving the design of websites.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for the company and its clients.
• Working with different content management systems.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Must be highly skilled in 3D design, After Effects and Cinema 4D
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of any other relevant software application is an advantage
