Job Description

Marketing Manager is responsible for the establishing, implementation and evaluation of strategic and tactical marketing plans, initiatives, incentives and sales tools designed to generate demand.  The Ideal Candidate should be self-motivated, resourceful and have flawless business development skills.

Job Functions /Responsibilities

•  Develop a comprehensive Strategic Marketing Plan for the Business
•  Advance a comprehensive communication plan
•  Manage the Marketing budget
•  Manage the creation of all marketing collateral and sale support tools
•  Implement a Customer Relationship Management Processes and Technologies
• Execute Integrated Online and Offline campaigns to generate demand and sales leads
•  Conduct research and evaluation of competitor activities and maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices
•  Work directly with Sales and Business Developers to support their efforts
• Manage and motivate team of highly skilled sales professionals
•  In close coordination with the Production Manager; assist to monitor and update technical documentation to include client specifications and details
•  Conduct sales trend analysis and participate in quarterly management reviews.
•  Be accountable for measuring and reporting on campaign results

Qualification / Requirement

• A Professional Qualification or a Bachelor’s degree with strong industry experience is highly preferred.
•  Minimum of 3 years’ experience required
•  Experience in the Commercial Roofing is required.
• Exposure to product research and development desirable.
•  Must possess a strong business acumen, results-driven attitude and problem-solving skills
•  Excellent time management, organizational skills, and communication/writing skills
•  Demonstrate efficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
