Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the brand and business
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution
• Monitor performance and evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns
• Create monthly marketing budgets and allocate funds.
• Responsible for the overall company’s brand management and corporate identity
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum qualification of University Degree in Marketing or its equivalent
• Master Degree will be desirable
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position with a similar industry
• Previous experience in similar position in a trade company
• Ability to supervise, direct and monitor sales staff in department
• Plan, set KPI and other targets and meet them
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Aware of current market trends in trading
• Good Interpersonal and communications skills
• Team Leader and a problem solver
• Pleasant personality and a people’s person
