An international furniture supply and retail chain is looking for the services of a Marketing Manager.

Job Description

• Participate in the marketing and merchandising plan.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, TV, and traditional marketing.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends and collaborate with product teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
• Management of the promotional calendar
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Interface with local agencies and service providers.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  Benchmark, studies, and analyzes consumer behaviour.
• Analyze marketing data and KPIs (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to continually optimize marketing efforts.
• Monitoring the results and impacts of campaigns (ROI).
• Communicate marketing strategies and results to senior management and stakeholders.
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
• Implementation of trade marketing operations.
• Budget monitoring.
• Participate in the deployment of online and offline plans by brand and by campaign.
• Conducting an annual notoriety study.
